Quick Gazpacho

Ingredients:
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed tomato soup
1 cup water
2 Tbs. red wine vinegar
1 Tbs. olive oil
1 tsp. onion powder
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 medium cucumber, seeded and chopped (about 1 cup)
1 small green pepper, chopped (about 1/3 cup)

Preparation:
In medium bowl, combine soup, water, vinegar, oil, onion powder and garlic powder. Stir in cucumber and pepper.

Cover; refrigerate 2 hours before serving.

Yields 3 cups (4 servings).
Preparation time: 10 minutes.
Chill time: 2 hours.
