Potluck Vegetable Rotini

Ingredients:
5 cups dry corkscrew macaroni
2 bags (16 oz. each) frozen vegetable combination
1 can (26 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup
1 package (3 oz.) cream cheese
1 cup milk
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp. pepper

Preparation:
Cook macaroni, adding vegetables last 5 minutes of cooking time. Drain.

In Dutch oven, stir soup into cream cheese; add remaining ingredients. Over low heat, heat until cream cheese is melted, stirring often. Add macaroni and vegetables; toss. Heat through.

Garnish with fresh chives.
