Glazed Peas and Carrots

Ingredients:
4 tsp. cornstarch
1 can (16 oz.) chicken broth
1 tsp. lemon juice
4 medium carrots, diagonally sliced
1 medium onion, coarsely chopped
2 cups snow peas (about 8 oz.)

Preparation:
Combine cornstarch, 1/2 cup broth and juice.

In skillet over medium heat, heat remaining broth to boiling. Add carrots and onion. Cover; cook and stir 5 minutes. Add peas and cornstarch mixture. Cook until mixture boils, stirring constantly.

Garnish with Nasturtium leaves and red onion.

Makes 5 side-dish servings.

Cooking time: 15 minutes.
