Pasta Primavera

Ingredients:
2 Tbs. cornstarch
1 can (14 1/2 oz.) chicken broth
1 tsp. dried oregano leaves, crushed
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 cups fresh broccoli flowerets
2 medium carrots, diagonally sliced
1 medium onion, cut into wedges
1 medium tomato, diced
4 cups hot cooked thin spaghetti (about 8 oz. dry)
Grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation:
In cup, stir together cornstarch and 3/4 cup of broth until smooth; set aside.

In saucepan over medium-high heat, heat remaining broth, oregano and garlic powder to boiling. Add broccoli, carrots and onion. Cover; cook over medium heat 5 minutes. Add cornstarch mixture. Cook until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly. Stir in tomato.

Toss with spaghetti. Serve with cheese.
