
Italian Potato Topper
Ingredients:
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Dash pepper
2 cups frozen Italian-style vegetables
4 hot baked potatoes, split
Chopped tomato
Preparation:
In saucepan, combine soup, cheese and pepper. Over medium heat, heat to boiling. Add vegetables.
Reduce heat to low. Cover; cook 5 minutes, stirring often.
Serve over potatoes.
Top with tomato. Garnish with fresh parsley.
