Smoked Salmon Quesadilla w/ Horseradish Dill Cream

Ingredients:
3/4 oz. fresh dill, chopped
4 flour tortillas
4 large thin slices of smoked salmon
2 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 Tbs. fresh grated horseradish or 2 Tbs. prepared horseradish, liquid removed
1 Tbs. sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:
Blend together the cream cheese, horseradish, sour cream and half the chopped dill.

Sauté flour tortillas about 1 minute each side to brown slightly. Spread cream mixture evenly over each tortilla, then arrange salmon over cream and sprinkle with remaining chopped dill. Slice and serve immediately.
