Olive Cheese Puffs

Ingredients:
1 bottle (5 oz.) stuffed green olives
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/8 tsp. dry mustard or cayenne
1/4 cup plus 2 Tbs. butter flavored shortening
1 1/2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 Tbs. milk
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce

Preparation:
Drain olives. Pat dry. Set aside.

In medium bowl combine flour and dry mustard. Cut in shortening to form coarse crumbs. Add cheese, tossing to combine.

In small bowl or custard cup combine milk and Worcestershire sauce. Add to flour mixture, mixing with fork until particles are moistened and cling together. Form dough into ball.

Shape 1 rounded teaspoonful dough around each olive. Place on baking sheet. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool slightly on wire rack. Serve warm.
