Sautéed Shrimp

Ingredients:
2 Tbs. butter flavored shortening
1 large clove garlic, cut into 4 pieces
1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
1/2 lb. small fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined

Preparation:
In small skillet melt shortening. Add garlic and dill weed. Cook and stir over low heat until garlic begins to turn light brown. Discard garlic.

Add shrimp. Cook and stir over medium heat for about 5 minutes, or until shrimp is opaque. Drain on paper towels. Serve immediately with cocktail picks.
