Shrimp Ceviche Salsa

Ingredients:
1 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes
1 can (4 oz.) diced chilies
1 cup fresh shrimp, diced
2 cloves garlic
2 medium onions, diced
1 Tbs. chili powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
2 Tbs. white vinegar
Hot sauce (optional)

Preparation:
After dicing the onions and the shrimp add them to the tomatoes in a medium sized bowl. Finely dice the garlic and add it to the bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.

Add hot sauce to taste.

If possible let it set for a couple hours or so in the refrigerator.
