
Savory Sautéed Mushrooms
Ingredients:
1 lb. mushroom caps.
1 1/2 Tbs. butter
1 1/2 Tbs. soy sauce
1/4 cup Chinese chicken salad dressing
1/4 cup dry sherry
1 clove garlic, minced
Preparation:
Sauté mushrooms in butter until about half cooked. Add remaining ingredients and cook until mushrooms are well cooked. Transfer to a serving bowl with liquid.
Serve with toothpicks as an appetizer or as a side dish.
