Pita Crisps

Ingredients:
2 whole-wheat pita bread rounds (6 inches in diameter)
2 tsp. olive oil
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion powder
Dash of cayenne pepper
2 Tbs. grated fresh Romano or Parmesan cheese

Preparation:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder and cayenne pepper. Separate pita bread into four rounds. Spread mixture over rough side of pita bread. Cut each round into 8 wedges and sprinkle evenly with grated cheese.

Place rough side up on ungreased baking sheets and bake for 8 minutes or until crisp.
