
Dilled Crab Dip in Bread Bowl
Ingredients:
1 (14 to 16 oz.) round loaf crusty bread
8 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 Tbs. horseradish
1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbs. fresh dill, chopped
8 oz. crab meat, chopped (imitation crab is OK)
Preparation:
Cut 1-inch slice from the top of the bread. Cut out center of bread, leaving 1-inch shell.
Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, dill, and crab meat. Beating to blend well.
Transfer mixture to bread bowl.
Serve with cracker and / or vegetables. Tear pieces from bread to use as dippers.
