PAYMENT: Once your rental is confirmed by email (jimkline@zianet.com)or phone, you may pay by Cashiers Check/Money Order, or you may use a credit card through PayPal to make a deposit or send payment in full. After your payment is received, I will send you (by email, FAX or mail) your confirmation or letter of authorization to use the week (depending on the resort's policy). PayPal is the credit card system of payment used by E-bay, and it is simple to use. I am a member of Square Trade, and your transactions with me are protected. DEPOSIT: Ordinarily, I get one-half of the rental at the time of confirmation and the balance prior to 30 days before occupancy. Since these are timeshares that I or others own, Wehave to pay maintenance and fees at the time of confirmation which are usually non-refundable. For that reason, your initial deposit is not refundable and there are no refunds within the 30 days prior to occupancy. I have had dozens of renters and only two cancellations. In one instance I was able to return most of the total rental; in the other case, I was not, since the cancellation was the day before occupancy. If you have questions, please email me.
