DEPOSIT: Ordinarily, I get one-half of the rental at the time of confirmation and the balance prior to 30 days before occupancy. Since these are timeshares that I or others own, Wehave to pay maintenance and fees at the time of confirmation which are usually non-refundable. For that reason, your initial deposit is not refundable and there are no refunds within the 30 days prior to occupancy. I have had dozens of renters and only two cancellations. In one instance I was able to return most of the total rental; in the other case, I was not, since the cancellation was the day before occupancy. If you have questions, please email me.
