NANCy R. SOULES, DVM

Dr. Nancy Soules graduated from Colorado State University School of Veterinary Medicine in 1988. She also holds Bachelor's Degrees in Psychology and Sociology from New Mexico State University. In 2002, Dr. Soules became certified in the Penn Hip method of diagnosing hip dysplasia in dogs. Dr. Nancy Soules is owner of Jornada Veterinary Clinic, and was selected by the New Mexico Veterinary Medical Association as Veterinarian of the Year for 2001. Dr. Soules enjoys playing soccer in her spare time, and has run a variety of half and full marathons.

 

 

 

 

 

 

SUE MIALE, DVM

Dr. Sue Miale is a1990 graduate from Colorado State University School of Veterinary Medicine. She attended New Mexico State University prior to enrollment into veterinary school. Dr. Miale has been a veterinarian at Jornada Veterinary Clinic for the past 12 years, and enjoys all surgical procedures. Dr. Miale has taken special interest in treating and attending to the special needs of avian and exotic pet's. These birds and reptiles require slightly different care than the average dog or cat, and Dr. Miale offers extended visits for these patients.

 

 

 

 

 

FRANCES BOWLING, DVM

 

Frances graduated from Texas A&M School of Veterinary Medicine in 2003. She also attended New Mexico State University prior to attending Texas A&M. Frances was a Registered Veterinary Technician for 13 years before attending Veterinary School, and was employed by Jornada Veterinary Clinic. Frances re-joined our practice in January 2008. In her spare time she enjoys horse back riding, jeep riding and reading.

 

HEATHER PRENDERGAST, RVT

 

Heather Prendergast graduated from St Petersburg College in Florida with an Associates Degree in Veterinary Technology in 2000. She also holds a Bachelors Degree in Animal Science from New Mexico State University. Heather has over 15 years experience in the field of Veterinary Medicine. She also consults for Nestle Purina Pet Care Company, along with teaching for Dona Ana Branch Community College Veterinary Assistant Program.
