Before moving to New Mexico, I'd had very little exposure to Mexican cooking or the appreciation of the lowly chile.
On this page, you will find links to various chile lover's websites as well as some
commercial sites where you can purchase chile if it's not grown in your area.
I have to credit my good friends Jim and Mark with educating me in the
arts and sciences of chile preparation. This foodstuff is a mainstay in any New Mexican's diet and we hope to spread the word to those of you who don't yet know the
wonderful things that chile can do for you.
