  • Pecan Classic Ad Sales Sheet:
  • Pecan Classic Meet Entry Form:
  • Swim-a-Thon:

Pecan Classic Volunteer Sign up:
Our first meet of the season is approaching quickly. LCAT is hosting the 2009 Pecan Classic Swim Meet at NMSU September 25-27th and we need everyone to do their part in making this another successful meet for the team.

The volunteer signup sheet for the different sessions of the meet is lists above. Please sign up, our meets cannot run without our parent volunteers.

Pecan Classic Ad Sales Sheet:
The Pecan Classic is also one of three meets that LCAT hosts every year. Our meets are our biggest fundraisers! LCAT raises money through our Heat Sheet Ad Sales and is a large part of our annual budget. Traditionally LCAT has about 30 families that participate in the Heat Sheet Ad sales. We need everyone to help the Team raise money, as always our goal is 100% participation for our fundraisers. We ask that all families sell at least two ads. Ads can be sold to family, friends, and local businesses. The Ad sheets is listed above.

Pecan Classic Meet Entry Form:
Meet Entries are due to coaches no later than Wednesday, September, 16th. The entry form is listed above.

Swim-a-Thon:
This year’s Swim-a-Thon will be October 15th during regular practice times.
This is another LCAT fundraiser hosted by LCAT through USA Swimming. Swimmers collect pledges and/or donations for every lap they swim in a one hour time period. Last year was the first year LCAT hosted a swim-a-thon and we raised nearly $7000.00 for the team. Pledge sheets and donation forms will be made available to swimmers and parents at practice.

Let’s kick off the season with another great home meet. Please do your part and expand LCAT’s volunteer base for our swimmers.

GO LCAT!
