        "Agent License" below or attached). You may modify fonts and font sizes in the main body text of the book at your
        discretion (but you may not modify fonts in ads). You may add content to the book, but it must be made apparent that the
        author thereof (or offeror thereof, if it is advertising) is not Dr. Hudson. You may use the inside-front and inside-back covers
        and any blank pages for your own purposes. If adding significant content to the book, you may post your name on the
        book's front cover specifying that you are the author of such content, in such manner as does not make it appear that you
        are the author of any of Dr. Hudson's content. You shall further have the right to remove from the outside back cover (and
        elsewhere) the mention that the book is available wholesale and retail from Dr. Hudson, and to insert your own offering of
        same, BUT YOU MUST preserve all other information, including any sponsor information and sponsor graphics.
    6. In exercising your rights under this license, you will not exercise them in any way as may injure the fame or reputation of
        Dr. Dennis Hudson or as may injure his ability to market the book in future (except that you may of course sell as many
        books as you want during the license period, even though this "injures" his ability to market it). Such injury includes but is
        not limited to the offering in the book of unscrupulous schemes, or publication of pornographic material or material which
        is wrongfully offensive to any gender or racial or religious group.
    7. The rights which you acquire under this license cannot be sold or otherwise  transferred, in whole or in part, to any other

    5. In exchange for your payment of the above license fee, and conditioned on Dr. Hudson's acceptance thereof, your rights
        are extended to include not only the publishing rights granted in a Publishing License, but also the right to represent
        Dr. Hudson as his Agent, limited to and entitling you to sell an unlimited number of Publishing Licenses identical to the
        Publishing License (attached), each to be offered and sold only at the $75 (US) fee therefor (this is an exception to
        Paragraph 7 of the Publishing License). You have no obligation to pay Dr. Hudson a percentage of the license fees that
        you sell and collect. Your sales are yours to keep.
    6. This Agent License does NOT entitle you to sell Agent Licenses. You further agree not to bind any party, as a condition
        of their acquiring an Agent license, to publish thereafter any material from you, or to do or refrain from doing any other
        thing as a condition of acquiring an Agent license.
    7. Your rights are extended to include the right to distribute, by email, copies of "Dr. Hudson's Homeopathy Book" to parties
        who have paid the full $75 fee for a Publisher's License, and only to such parties (this is an exception to Paragraph 8
        of the Publishing License). Your rights are also extended to include the right to remove from the main body text any
        contact information for Dr. Hudson where such contact information is part of an invitation to comment on the book. You
        shall also have the right, wherever in the main body text that Publishing Licenses are offered for sale, or wherever book
        are offered for wholesale, to remove the mention of such offerings and Dr. Hudson's contact information, and/or substitute
        your own contact information; at the same time, if other products are also mentioned, you must preserve as original the
        mention of such products and Dr, Hudson's contact information for same. You further have the right, when publishing the
        book, to remove from its outside back cover all text thereon, except that you must include the following text instead (in
        minimum 10-pt. text): "Production equipment, and wholesale and retail specialty homeopathics at trelexan.com.
        Self-help medical news at mydoctorsays.com" (this is an exception to Paragraph 5 of the Publishing License).
    8. This license and rights acquired hereunder are non-exclusive in character.
    9. When making payment of your license fee, you will specifiy the name in which you want this license, together with your
        mailing address. Only one change of licensee name per year will be allowed, and only for good cause shown. This is a
        slight exception to the prohibition against license transfer in Paragraph 7 of the Publishing License, and contemplates
        only that you may be allowed to change the licensee name in a case where you later decide to use a "company name"

    This Profit-Sharing Addendum to Publisher's License & Agent License is by and between Dr. Dennis Hudson (hereinafter "Dr.
    Hudson") and the party (hereinafter "Licensee") whose name and signature appear at the end of this instrument.
    1. The parties acknowledge that Licensee has already acquired a Publishing License or Agent License for the book "Dr.
        Hudson's Homeopathy- What to Make & How to Make It".
    2. This "Addendum" is a separate agreement from the abovementioned license(s).
    3. Dr. Hudson has provided Licensee with blank copies of each of the abovementioned licenses, which Licensee may
        duplicate. Licensee shall enter Licensee's name and address in the "Referred By" Administrative Area at the end of said
        license(s), as the same appear on the valid license of Licensee.
    4. Licensee shall be permitted to offer to and solicit others to pay for and obtain one or both of the abovesaid licenses, at the
        license fee stated thereon (or at the license fee then current). The applicable license fee is subject to change without
        notice, and it is the obligation of Licensee to remain apprised of the current license fee, which information may be
        obtained directly from Dr. Hudson or at the website trelexan.com.
    5. For each Publishing License fee received and accepted by Dr. Hudson, upon the face of which accompanying license
        Licensee is identified as the party making the referral (see "Administrative Area" at end of license), Dr. Hudson will remit to
        Licensee the sum of $25 (twenty-five dollars, USD). Dr. Hudson shall make such remittance to Licensee by mail not later
        than 2 business days after such fee is received, except that if such fee has been paid by check then such remittance shall
        be made not later than 2 business days after such check has cleared. Dr. Hudson shall deposit such checks within
        1 business day of receiving them. Concerning any such license fees which have been paid by credit card and are later
        rejected by a credit card company, Licensee shall promptly return to Dr. Hudson, upon his demand therefor, any sum
        related thereto which has been paid to Licensee. NOTE that holders of Agent Licenses are remiinded NOT to forward
        Publishing Licenses and their fees to Dr. Hudson, since the Agent License permits Agents to keep 100% of those fees.
    6. For each Agent License fee received and accepted by Dr. Hudson, upon the face of which accompanying license
        Licensee is identified as the party making the referral (see "Administrative Area" at end of license), Dr. Hudson will remit
        to Licensee the sum of $125 (one hundred twenty-five dollars, USD), unless such Agent License is an "upgrade" from a
        Publishing License, in which case the sum remitted to Licensee by Dr. Hudson shall be $75 (seventy-five dollars, USD).
        Dr. Hudson shall make such remittance to Licensee by mail not later than 2 business days after such fee is received,
        except that if such fee has been paid by check then such remittance shall be made not later than 2 business days after
        such check has cleared. Dr. Hudson shall deposit such checks within 1 business day of receiving them. Concerning any
        such license fees which have been paid by credit card and are later rejected by a credit card company, Licensee shall
        promptly return to Dr. Hudson, upon his demand therefor, any sum related thereto which has been paid to Licensee.
        NOTE that the holder of an Agent License or the holder of a Publishing License is NOT permitted to actually "sell"
        Agent Licenses. ALL Agent Licenses must be referred to Dr. Hudson.
    7. No part of the remittance provisions contained herein concerning remittance of monies by Dr. Hudson to Licensee
        shall be applicable to any license(s) related hereto as acquired by Licensee.
    8. This Profit-Sharing Addendum  shall be null and cease to be of effect at the time of expiration (or rightful termination)
        of Licensee's Publishing License (or Agent License, whichever occurs later), unless such license is timely renewed as
        provided in such license, in which case this Profit-Sharing Addendum shall continue in term with such license.
    9. This Profit-Sharing Addendum is non-exclusive in character. No right(s) or benefit(s) accruing hereunder to Licensee
        may be sold or otherwise transferred by Licensee, except as provided in Licensee's license.
    10. THIS PARAGRAPH 10 VOID AS OF JULY 6, 2002. (concerned prohibition of use of  this Profit Sharing Addendum
        as an inducement).
    11.  This Profit-Sharing Addendum and all rights and benefits accruing hereunder to Licensee may be terminated by
        Dr. Hudson at any time for good cause. Good cause shall be limited to: any such causes appearing in Licensee's license;
        any appearance of fraud pertaining to this Profit-Sharing Addendum or to a license of Licensee; failure of Licensee to
        repay to Dr. Hudson any monies which Dr. Hudson has paid to Licensee by mistake (as in credit card rejections); any
        violation of any of the terms of this Profit-Sharing Addendum; any appearance that Licensee has acted outside the
        apparent limitations of this Profit-Sharing Addendum or outside of Licensee's license in order to obtain any benefit
        hereunder; or if any deceit or deception has been employed by Licensee in persuading Dr. Hudson to provide Licensee
        with this Profit-Sharing Addendum.
    12. In lieu of cash payments as provided in Paragraphs 5 and 6 above, I elect instead to receive a Credit towards
        acquisition of an Agent License, as follows: for each payment due me, the cash value thereof shall be doubled until the
        total Credit amount equals or exceeds the then-current Agent License fee ($250 as of July 6, 2002), at which time
        Dr. Hudson shall issue me an Agent License. Any Credit then due me that is in excess of the then-current Agent License
        fee shall be lost. Upon issuance of said Agent License, my election of the providions of this paragraph shall become void,
        and the cash terms set forth elsewhere herein shall then be in effect. I understand that my electing of the provisions of this
        paragraph is irrevocable, i.e., I cannot later decide that I prefer cash payment (except as provided in this paragraph after
        receiving an Agent License).
    13. No further rights or benefits are here implied or expressed as pertaining to Licensee.

                    I want to share this training with as many people as possible as quickly as
            possible. The world is swamped with terrible diseases, and I firmly believe that
