TrelexantmUltra, Trelexantm Arth-P.O.M., and
TrelexantmArth-F.B.M. homeopathic drugs
ALL OF THE ABOVE HOMEOPATHIC MEDICINES CONTAIN generic anesthiumtm and terebinthinum, described below. Trelexan Ultra CONTAINS ONLY anesthium and terebinthinum as its "active" principles.
Supplied As: Lozenges or tablets for ORAL USE ONLY. OR as a clear aqueous solution (with less than 10% grain alcohol) for ORAL USE ONLY. Tablets and lozenges may contain unevaporated trace amounts of grain alcohol.
Terebinthinum: Terebinthinum is a traditional homeopathic medicine commonly used for hemorrhaging and inflammation of mucous and serous membranes. It has also been used successfully in Henoch-Schonlein purpura (HSP, Hudson, '00). Based on homeopathic medical theory and observed outcome in HSP, it may be useful in prevention and treatment of smallpox, hemorrhagic fever, and other hemorrhagic diseases. In some cases of serious, deep iniflammatory disease, a characteristic release of "endogenous heat" may occur with the use of terebinthinum; this is NOT to be considered an adverse reaction, but is taken as a normal part of the homeopathic process, and may appear clinically as sudden flushing or feverishness, self-limiting conditions which self-resolve within a few hours.
Anesthiumtm:Anesthium is a new ultramolecular homeopathic analgesic, discovered by Dr. Dennis Hudson, OMD, and the nature of its mother tincture is maintained as a proprietary secret. No molecular trace of the mother tincture remains in Trelexan products. In overdosage under controlled conditions, mild anxiety reaction has been observed. This reaction self-resolves in a few hours, and does not recur if Trelexan dosage and/or the dosage of barbiturates or other analgesics is reduced. The specific analgesic mechanism of anesthium is not known from any histologic or other pathology studies. However, it is believed that the primary mechanism is related to increased availability of neuro-receptor sites for endogenous and exogenous analgesics and anesthetics. It does not appear to directly or indirectly alter bioavailability of endorphinous compounds.
Other Contents: Because of the extreme difficulty in protecting proprietary homeopathic discoveries from patent infringement, one or more of the following homeopathic antipotentiators in trace amounts of less than .003 % are added to all Trelexan preparations, including to Source Bulk Liquid: sodium bicarbonate, corydaline, lobeline, and/or glycirrhizin. WARNING: Do NOT attempt to further homeopathically dilute or potentiate any Trelexan product. The antipotentiators mentioned above will result in antidoting Trelexan's intended effects, and will also produce a final medicine that will have serious adverse effects.
Lozenge & Tablet Base: Trelexan-Ultra lozenges and tablets may contain any combination of the following: sugar, corn starch, gelatin, or pectin, to which have been added the above constituents, and any liquids are then substantially evaporated from the lozenges and tablets.
Trelexan General Indications: ALL Trelexan products contain anesthium and terebinthinum (see above). These substances are used for relief of acute or chronic pain with inflammation of any type or duration. They are also intended for use to reduce the dosage and frequency of anti-inflammatory and pain medications generally, including analgesics and anaesthetics. NOTE: Trelexan is NOT GENERALLY SUITABLE FOR HEADACHE RELIEF, due to the dynamic, continually changing neurovascular character of most headaches. If symptoms of pain or inflammation persist, consult a healthcare provider.
Indications, Trelexan Ultra: See above, Trelexan General Indications.
Indications, Trelexan Arth-POM: Chiefly indicated for arthritic pain which WORSENS on motion or exercise. Also see above, Trelexan General Indications.
Contents, Trelexan Arth-POM: In addition to anesthium (see above) and terebinthinum (see above), Trelexan Arth-POM also contains homeopathic bryonia (see also Other Contents and Supplied As, both above).
Indications, Trelexan Arth-FBM: Chiefly indicated for arthritic pain which IMPROVES on motion or exercise. Also see above, Trelexan General Indications.
Contents, Trelexan Arth-FBM: In addition to anesthium (see above) and terebinthinum (see above), Trelexan Arth-FBM also contains homeopathic rhus toxicodendron (see also Other Contents and Supplied As, both above).
Dosage & Administration (for Ultra, Arth-POM, and Arth-FBM): To be taken orally. NOT FOR INTRAVENOUS OR OTHER PARENTERAL ADMINISTRATION. TABLET AND LOZENGE DOSAGE: 2 to 5 lozenges or tablets, dissolved under the tongue. LIQUID DOSAGE: On initial dose, 5 drops is usually effective, but do not exceed 5 cc orally (about 1 teaspoon). LONG-TERM DOSAGE: Dosage may be repeated every 2 hours until pain reduction is achieved, and Trelexan should be discontinued thereafter (further improvement normally follows without continuing dosage). Dosage may be resumed if pain reappears. DO NOT EXCEED RECOMMENDED DOSAGE. Read and follow all accompanying instructions carefully. DO NOT CONSUME menthol, mint, mint chewing-gum, coffee, tea, chocolate, soda beverages or other caffeine-containing substances for one hour before or after Trelexan administration. If symptoms of pain or inflammation persist, consult a healthcare provider.
Do NOT attempt to further potentiate or homeopathically dilute any form of Trelexan; homeopathic antipotentiators have been added to this drug. Attempts at further homeopathic dilution or potentiation will render Trelexan ineffective and will produce a drug with serious adverse effects.
Storage: STORE between room temperature and 40 degrees Fahrenheit (about 5 degrees Celsius). DO NOT EXPOSE TO EXTREME HEAT OR COLD. DO NOT LEAVE Trelexan-Ultra exposed to direct sunlight or other strong light. DO NOT HEAT Trelexan-Ultra. DO NOT expose Trelexan-Ultra to strong electromagnetic fields such as near a microwave or near other appliances.
