Fall 2009 – REFEREE SCHEDULES for High Noon Soccer Games
Assignors for 2009: Andrew Bristol (522-4831 or 571-3256 or abristol47@msn.com) and Gary Manley (522-4514 or 640-5814 or manleyg@zianet.com)
Accepting game assignment: Reply either by e-mail or phone when you see that you have games on the schedule. Background color for each referee will be light yellow until confirmed, then it will be white. If the referee is trying to find a replacement, the background color will be teal.
If you get a replacement: Immediately notify an assignor . Then, your replacement is responsible for the game. If you don't notify the High Noon assignor of your replacement and your replacement doesn't do the game, then you are responsible for the missed game. If you absolutely cannot find a replacement, call one of the assignors and he will help you find one.
Failure to show: Not appearing at assigned games will get you removed from being scheduled for any more games.
Arriving late: If you are not at your assigned game at least 15 minutes before the game starts, you may be replaced.
Game reports: Due 48 hours after the game.
When a game report is submitted, the referee names for that game will have a
light blue background.
DO NOT discard your game card and rosters
UNTIL you check to make sure your name has turned
blue on the schedule!
If
there is any error in the game report the referee names will be
fuchsia. “No Shows” will be indicated by a red strikethrough.
