If you're a musician with recorded music for sale, please complete the TMAR Merchandise Advertisement Form. TMAR album listing costs $25.00 annually, which will be refunded if no sales are credited to your account within a year. Once your application is accepted, you will be required to submit six copies of your album to TMAR. TMAR will then advertise your product for one year and handle orders as they come in. Quarterly, TMAR will send a statement indicating product sales along with a check for whatever has sold. It's that easy!

We must emphasize that TMAR is NOT a song shark! TMAR does NOT require any rights to albums and/or songs, nor will we ever ask for them. All copyrights, publisher rights, royalties, and previous agreements--including distributor contracts--will remain intact. All we require is the right to reproduce music, for promotional purposes only, in the form of CD Samplers that are distributed to interested TMAR members. Once your account with TMAR is closed, our right to reproduce and distribute your music is terminated. No hooks. No fine print. No risk. (To ensure that TMAR does not violate current distributor agreements, we encourage the distributor to contact us. Our intent is not to replace current distribution, but merely to supplement and enhance its effectiveness.)
