The Casino Apache Travel Center is a nice little operation right outside the resort town of Ruidoso.  It has the usual casino offerings (table games and TITO slot machines) and a small restaurant. Additionally, the “travel center” part has
a gas station and a large convenience store.  As evidenced by the crowds, it is in an ideal location, and seems to be a popular stop, especially with the convenience store.  An added bonus is that it is nestled in the Sacramentos Mountains.  The Casino Apache Travel Center is definitely thriving and a fun place to visit.

resort area.
