We were on the boat before dawn.

As the fishing guides cuts up our squid bait, the sea gulls gather for a handout or a "steal"!

Ok, let's catch a Big one!

I'm ready too.

After 4 hours of fishing on rough seas and catching nothing ...

I entertain myself by photographing the sea gulls who flew alongside of us.

It is hard to believe that these photos were taken around 10:30 AM.

We check out the beach in front of the condos.

It still is very rough.

The next day we take advantage of the weather and head to the beach.

The storm brought in lots of shells.

Oops, the tide is coming in - better move the chairs!

Two October birthday kids just having fun at the beach!

A monument built by the Gulf Shrimpers Association to commemorate all shrimpers lost at sea.
