The old west in still thriving in Blanco County. Western Heritage Days celebrates a way of life that folks here still hold dear.

Horses and drivers were available for those that wanted a ride.

10 chuck wagons prepared food for 400 hungry guests. All the food was prepared using traditional methods that one would have seen being used in the late 1800's to mid 1900's.

Many of the chuck wagons still had much of their original trimmings and paint.

Singers and poets entertained guests from 1:00 PM till the evening dance inside a large barn. Artists and crafters had tables set up around the hall displaying their wares.
