Mentoring teachers at 9 elementary campuses to successfully integrate technology into the curriculum. Provide district wide support for Eduphoria School Objects rollout and hands-on training for Forethought (lesson planner) and Aware (assessment software). District admin for Discovery Education, Study Island and Texas StaR Chart. Coordinate and support Distance Learning Programs with elementary science and math teachers.Provide curriculum support for technology integration of the following web-based programs. Discovery Education Streaming, StudyIsland, Promethean Planet, Eduphoria Forethought and Aware. Provide training, troubleshooting and support for peripheral devices: interactive whiteboards, tablets, student response systems, digital video and still cameras, document cameras and Neo2. Design web-based curriculum support for Elementary Physical Education,  Fine Arts (Visual and Music) and Technology Applications K-6. Support district’s elementary content specialists (Math, Science, ELA & Social Studies) in the integration of technology. Technology and curriculum mentor for 10 sixth grade social studies teachers and seven librarians, who participated in the TARGET grant coordinated by ESC13. The grant focused on using online subscription databases and technology to enhance the sixth grade social studies curriculum. The students learned how to use the Big 6 research process and other research strategies. Districts included: Blanco ISD, Harper ISD, Eanes ISD, Lake Travis ISD, Navarro ISD, Thrall ISD, and Prairie Lea ISD.

Technology Coordinator and Professional Development Trainer, 1999 to 2002, Southwest Regional Cooperative Center X (SWRCC), 
Truth or Consequences, NM

Provided professional development in technology and curriculum integration assistance for member school districts in the SWRCC: Animas, Lordsburg, Hatch, Reserve and Truth or Consequences School Districts through Title II funding. Model instructional strategies and classroom management techniques for using technology in classroom for teachers in the K-12 environment. Developed and maintain the SWRCC web page. Assisted two school districts in writing Technology Learning Challenge Fund grants (TLCF) for a total of $240,000.00.  Developed and maintained grant reporting web pages for the school districts to assist them in filing grant reports to NM’s SDE.
