An educational consulting business that provides staff development for school districts in the area of technology integration with the curriculum, Educational Plan for Student Success (EPSS) planning, technology planning, and grant writing. 
Current New Mexico contracts are with the following school districts, consortiums or regional centers: 

  • 1998 to 2000 Gadsden Independent School District, Anthony, NM. Project La Clave II
  • 1998 to 2001 Corona Public Schools, Corona, NM. Wrote grants and was awarded $180,000.00  for Project Corona: Providing Equity and Access 
  • 1998 and 2000 Western New Mexico University

  • Summer Technology and Multimedia graduate courses for the Boot Heel Consortium of school districts: Animas, Deming, Hatch, Lordsburg, Reserve, Silver City and Truth or Consequences
    Developed and continue to upgrade a web site of useful handouts for teachers since 1998 called: Terrific Handouts for Teachers

    Provided technical assistance for the 89 school districts in New Mexico as they implemented the Accountability Data System (ADS). Statewide consultant for the E-rate. Assisted school districts in technology planning and EPSS (Educational Plan for Student Success) planning. Staff member on the New Mexico Council of Technology in Education's Professional Development Work Group.

    Technology Consultant & Curriculum Specialist, 1996 to 1999
    Regional Educational Technology Assistance (RETA), Albuquerque & Las Cruces, NM

    Curriculum consultant and technology trainer in a statewide professional development grant. Curriculum consultant in thematic instruction and technology integrated lessons for the K-12 classroom. Demonstrate best practices models during 8-hour workshops that could be taken for college credit. Program. Developed curriculum materials for use by the RETA instructors Traveled throughout the state of NM to provide professional development, technology curriculum integration to public and private rural and remote school districts: Belen, Estancia, Los Alamos, Los Lunas, Mountainair, Pecos, Pojoaque, Santa Fe, Santa Rosa and Vaughn.

    Curriculum Consultant, 1997 to 1999
    Farm and Ranch Heritage Museum, Santa Fe & Las Cruces, NM

    Designed and developed a model thematic bilingual curriculum that is both a web based interactive and a traditional outreach curriculum for the Museum's education program. The curriculum is in both English and Spanish.

    USWEST/NEA Teacher Education Networking Grant, Santa Fe, NM

    Provided technology training at four annual meetings for 100+ New Mexico K-12 teachers. Selected as one-of-ten state technology mentor/leaders. Provided teachers with technology training that facilitated curriculum design and collaborative projects via the WWW. Facilitate on-line professional discussions and coordinate curriculum for the Learning Circle Projects. Also developed and coordinated the entire project web site. 

    Technology Consultant & Curriculum Specialist, 1995 to 1997
    Nuestra Tierra. Our Land - USWEST Foundation Project, NMSU

    Curriculum consultant in multimedia, thematic instruction and technology integrated lessons for multiage classrooms at Jornada Elementary School. Assisted Jornada ES in designing a "computer lab trouble-shooting plan", and training USWEST Team teachers to help facilitate in the "Teachers-Training-Teachers" component of the project. Second year of project assigned to Zia Middle School and Onate High School training teachers on both IBM and Macintosh platforms and coordinating curriculum development and staff training. Co-planning and coordinating all monthly training workshops for USWEST Teams at the six participating schools. Facilitator in training sessions at NMSU and those conducted at school sites. 

    Technology Consultant & Curriculum Specialist, 1994 to 1995
    NMSU, Dept. of Special Education & Communication Disorders Project S.P.R.I.N.G. II

    Developed multifaceted investigative student-centered, arid land science curriculum with Berino and Anthony Elementary Schools in the Gadsden Independent School District. Conducted teacher in-service training in multiple intelligence, integrated instruction, thematic teaching strategies, and telecommunications software application.
