Creating a New Database in Access:
Select Blank Database

Give it a name and save it in a folder:

Create a NEW Table, this is where you will store your data:

Select Datasheet View :

Change the Field Name to one that is appropriate to your database:

Use the right mouse to change the name or double click the field name.
Custom design the table you just created, choose Design:

Define your field lengths to a more appropriate length:

Create a cool Form to use to in-put your data:

Select how you want you form to look and where to get the data from:

Voila'
