Access Database has 3 different ways to view your data

 Datasheet View - allows you to look at all of your data in a large table with columns and rows.
 Form View - allows you to look at each item or student separately. This is the view that is used to in-put data quickly into the database
Design View - this allows you to modify and change "how" your form looks. Spaces and boxes may be resized and moved to allow more typed words.

Note: you can type up to 255 characters (including spaces and punctuation) in each cell.
