First - Turn off your Screen Saver!!

how visit this page first!)
Open My Computer
Right Click on the C: Drive
Select the Tools Tab
Under "Error-checking status" click on Check Now
Make sure that it is set at Standard.
Make sure that there is a check mark in "Automatically fix errors".
Click on Start.
This process will take a few minutes - sit back and relax.
When it is done you will receive a message
Click Close.
Click Close in the next window too.
