How to Reinstall MS Office Add-In Features

    1. You need to close you short cut menu bar on the right hand side of your screen. You do this by clicking on the top colored box. Click on yes when you are told that Short Cut menu will come up again when computer is restarted.
    2. Place MS Office Pro CD ROM into the CD ROM Drive
    3. Click on My Computer.
    4. Click on Office 97 Pro, which is in the D: Drive.
    5. Click on the Icon SETUP.exe
    6. Click on "add and remove".
    7. Click on maintenance, then custom install, then "select all", and click "continue".
    8. It will take a few minutes to reinstall the features.
    9. Restart your computer.
    10. You will then need to open an Excel document.
    11. Go to Tools on the menu bar.
    12. Select "Add- ins"
    13. Select all of them. (check every box)
    14. Click OK
    15. The computer will blink and so forth until this process is finished.
    16. Now you are ready to continue creating a form from data that is in your Excel document.
