Close all programs that run automatically in the background, as an example; windows messenger, real player, virus software and etc. These will often interrupt the defragging process. Double click on My Computer. Right Click on the C: Drive and choose Properties. Choose the Tools tab. Select the Defragmentation Button Click the Defragment button As you can see from all the RED and WHITE - the computer needs to be defragged! Once this has finished I would recommend running a disc scan on your computer. Right click on the C: drive and go to Properties and select the
