When data doesn’t fit in one box in a database table or an Excel spreadsheet, you can expand the column several ways so data will not hide behind other fields.

To adjust the column, place the cursor over the line between the columns until it changes to a double arrow with a line through it.

Only when you have that symbol, click and drag to the right until you have the width you want. You can adjust the whole table at any time when you are entering data.

If you want to use bigger print or font, you can use the same method to increase the size of a row.

Position the double arrow with a line through it on the line between the row numbers, click and drag down.
