Open Photo Editor
Select the Image that you want to edit
This image needs to be Color Balanced
Go to Image
Select AutoBalance
Colors should be brighter.
If you want to further manipulate the colors, contrast and brightness
Select Image
Choose Balance
From this screen you can further adjust your image.
To Crop your image
Choose the Select Tool
Once you have the image framed
Go to Image
Choose Crop
Choose the options you want - Oval or Rectangle
Click OK
