Exploring MS Photo Editor's menu bar. Under Image are the following features; crop, resize, rotate, balance, and auto balance. 
Balance and auto balance adjusts the color, brightness and contrast of your image. 
Use the Select tool to select an area to be cropped. Go to Image - Crop and choose rectangle or oval and select OK 
The final cropped image will then appear centered on your screen.  |
