PATRICIA BLACK and CARYL PORTER
Patricia Black, a well-known culture and landscape artist, painting predominately in transparent watercolor, specializes in Southwest and Western art. Patricia is represented (past and present) in galleries in Taos, Pagosa Springs, and has national publications in North Light Books.
Caryl Porter, a renowned pastelist, enjoys associations with local galleries and exhibitions. Caryl works with pastels, oil, and watercolor. Her vibrant pastels offer a unique perspective on regional subjects.
WELCOME JUDITH BESS
The Mesilla Valley Fine Arts Gallery is proud to announce our newest member, JUDITH BESS, an acrylic artist. She depicts the ever-changing play of light that the brilliant Southwest palette offers. Judith has a M.A., graduating Cum Laude from Oakland Univesity, a B.A in Fine Arts, Wayne State University, and a Fine Arts major, Ohio State University.
