The MVFF 2009 banquet will be held on 17 Jan. at St. Paul's United Methodist Church (same place as last year) located at 225 W. Griggs Ave. (see map).  It will start at 6:00 PM but setup and preparations will commence at 5:30 PM.  Meat and drinks will be furnished by the Club but everyone should bring a side dish or dessert.   If you plan on attending please notify Paul Turner so that proper amounts of food can be procured.

The parking area for St. Paul's is on the south side and can be entered from N. Alameda Blvd.  Entry to the church is through the double doors facing the parking area and closest to Alameda.

This year's speaker will be Scott Sanchez.  Scott is a well known flyfisher, fly tyer, author and guide.  He is associated with Jack Dennis and resides in Jackson Hole, WY.  For Scott's bio look here.

There will be door prizes and a fund raising raffle.  Raffle tickets along with a list of prizes were recently emailed to members.  You should print them and mail them to the address printed on the tickets.  You may also bring them with you if you are sure you will be attending.   They will also be available at the banquet.  If you have lost the email another can be requested from Tom Wobbe or Jim Hulsey.
