Family Health Education Program

The Family Health Education Program described on this web page was developed by the Mesilla Valley Pregnancy Resource Center and is based on a review of the current professional literature on adolescent pregnancy, sexually transmitted diseases, condom effectiveness, and abstinence education.


We believe that Abstinence is an achievable goal for unmarried adolescent and adult men and women and is the best choice for protecting physical, emotional, and spiritual health.

    Addressing the major questions adolescents ask
