STEP-BY-STEP INFORMATION
YOU WILL SEE A NEW FACE ON VTD, it now
Says ASA, but it works the same.

 

1. Go to www.fastpitchsoftball.net
2. Select free log on or become a member it is free
3. A password will then be emailed to you
4. Go back to www.fastpitchsoftball.net and enter your email & password

 

1. For NEW TEAMS OR IF YOU TEAM IS TOTALLY DIFFERENT

Do the following:

1. Select “player registration” and follow the detailed instructions
2. When it asks association that is NM ASA not your city league.
3. Always choose recreational UNLESS you just want to purchase
   Photo ID’s.  It is NOT NECESSARY!

4. LAST STEP is to PRINT OFF INVOICE
5. IF your league is not paying for the registration/insurance then you

MUST mail this invoice along with a check to NM ASA.

6. IF your league IS paying for the registration/insurance then take

the invoice to your league for them to mail in to NM ASA

ALL coaches MUST sign up with the team.  It is now MANDATORY

For each coach on the team to fill out the background check information

and forward it to VTD with your players’ registration information on line.

 

Cost per player is $12 for the entire year.  Cost per coach is $14

This includes the background check.

Parents, Coaches the time has arrived that we as the League, BOD, and the NM ASA take every step Possible to protect our children from harm.  No coach will be allowed on the field that has not complied with the background check.  The cities have also agreed.

 

2. VTD will ask NM ASA for their approval of your registration.  Once that is done and okayed then you should receive your Player Membership
   cards in 7 working days.

3. When you receive your player cards you will see the back is BLANK this is where you place the player’s photo and have her sign it.  This
   meets the ASA requirement of a PHOTO ID. IF we hold districts for
   t-ball and machine pitch the photo ID will be required.
