Hello, I am Dan Delaney, your Real Estate consultant. I was raised on farms and ranches in Texas and New Mexico and Arizona. I am a long time resident of New Mexico, having lived in seven different cities and in Las Cruces for a total of thirty years. I graduated from New Mexico State University here in Las Cruces.
I was the 1998 President of the Las Cruces Board of Realtors. In 1997 I was President-elect of the Board, and in 1996 I was the Vice-president and chairman of the Budget and Finance Committee.

As a top producing broker in the Southern New Mexico area, I sold over 64 million between 2000 - 2006, and in 2007 I sold 10.3 million.

In 1998 my associate, Beckey Valenzuela, and I opened our own office specializing in land (farms & ranches, developments, subdivisions, lots, etc.). We also handle numerous residential properties and carry a total inventory of 7-10 million dollars of property a all times.
I have served on the following committees and boards: The Las Cruces Board of Realtors and the Realtors' Association of New Mexico Board of Directors and Legislative Committee, The Mesilla Valley Economic Development Alliance Agriculture and Land Use Committee, the Subdivision Regulation and Ordinance Review Committee for Dońa Ana County, the Southwest Quarter Horse Association, and the American Quarter Horse Association (member)

I am also extremely pleased and grateful to have been named 1999 Realtor of the Year by my peers.
