JOHN SCOTT indicated his birthdate was June 1871, in the 1900 Census, which is contrary to previous census records.
ROBERT COPPEDGE was widowed by 1900 and living with his wife's family, headed by ELLINGTON SCOTT, along with his sons. Apparently, his daughter, listed as ELIZA in 1900, was living with relatives, JOHN & MITTIE YARBROUGH, probably his sister's family.
329. Elizabeth COPPEDGE
ELIZABETH COPPEDGE was apparently living with her Aunt and Uncle in 1900 after the death of her mother, where her family seems to have been separated.
166. Omega SCOTT
OMEGA SCOTT's birth was listed in 1900 as 1875, however it was more likley that it was 1880 since he wasn't listed in the household in 1880.
NELLIE WEAVER was the daughter of JOHN WEAVER and HENRIETTA GIBBONS of Brunswick County, Virginia.
JESSE WASHINGTON CARTER indicated that he was widowed in 1930, but his wife, ROSA, was living apart from him in the same township, as head of household.
Although ROSE ANN CARTER indicated in 1930 that she was a widow, her husband, WASHINGTON CARTER, was living apart from his family in the same township.
186. Charity CAUDLE
Charity Cordle may have been adopted by her older brother William, and raised as his daughter. She first shows in the census records in 1880, listed as his sister. Then later in 1900, she is listed as his daughter, while she is already married with children of her own.
