OHR provides a wide variety of drug & alcohol screening services, including DOT-Certified, drug & alcohol specimen-collection and testing, Non-DOT-Certified drug & alcohol testing services with immediate results, around-the-clock, emergency testing service, and On-Site, Mobile Testing services - all performed by experienced, trained, certified technicians. Certified medical examinations are performed by Family Physicians, Certified Occupational Health Nurse Specialists, Registered Nurses, and LPNs, experienced in Occupational Medical Examination services.
Our clients include more than 150 businesses and organizations, large and small, including mining, energy, construction, manufacturing, transportation, retailing and service companies, government agencies and school districts.

Our Mission is to provide consistently high-quality, certified, drug and alcohol screening, and occupational health services to our clients, in a convenient, cost-effective manner, with the highest regard to customer-service and confidentiality.
OHR is located at 3202 Ridge Loop, Silver City, New Mexico, 88061. Our location allows our Mobile Testing Unit to give quick, convenient service to the four-corners states and West Texas.
OHR-EXPRESS is a full-service Random Drug and Alcohol Testing Consortium whose members include private and public employers, including businesses, municipalities, school districts, and government agencies, whose employees are subject to the Department of Transportation's (DOT) drug and alcohol testing regulations.
The OHR-EXPRESS service is designed to save members valuable time and money in seeking regulatory compliance.
OHR-EXPRESS is approved for participation by employers regulated by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), as well as all other DOT modes or agencies.
In return for a flat, annual, or monthly per-covered-employee fee, OHR-EXPRESS will provide the following services:
Placement in our computer-based, random number generator, selection pool.
Random drug & alcohol test selection throughout the year.
Random, DOT-Certified, drug and breathalcohol tests for those employees selected.
Medical Review Officer Service.
Per-test and quarterly test activity reporting.
Drug and Alcohol Misuse Awareness and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) education for employees and training for supervisors.
No charge to replace a departing employee in the Consortium with a newly-hired employee.
Submission of blind specimens to SAMHSA-Certified drug testing laboratory.
Certification of Participation I.D. Cards or each employee enrolled.
OHR-EXPRESS also maintains a national database of DOT-Certified drug and alcohol test sites for pre-placement, post-accident and reasonable-suspicion drug & alcohol testing.
Mobile, On-Site Testing services are available in some areas.

OHR operates a fully-equipped Mobile Laboratory for On-Site Medical Surveillance and Bio-Monitoring Services. Qualified personnel can perform these tasks at your work-site, no matter how remote. Your employees can be quickly tested and will return to work directly.
