Joe Tesmer lives and works in Los Alamos, New Mexico. Joe is an accomplished Masters Swimmer and the Official Chairman of NMMS. Each year Joe has organized the High Altitude Long Course Championship at the Walkup Aquatic Center (7245 feet). If you want to see how tough you are, come up to Los Alamos and see if you can beat some of the records!
