You can download the software from this web page. This web page contains installation instructions for the Swimmer's Performance Recordbook 2000. At the minimum, you should know how to use the Windows Explorer and understand the folder and file system.

Software Requirements: Windows 95, 98, NT and 3 MB free disk space.

Step 1. After you have downloaded the "install.exe" file, open the explorer and navigate to the folder that contains the "install.exe" file.

Step 2. Unpack the setup files by double clicking on the "install.exe" file. It will open a DOS window and ask you if you want to extract the setup files. Please answer "yes" to all the questions. There are three files:

a. setup.exe (23 KB)

b. setup.arv (861 KB)

c. setupmn.arv (73 KB)

Step 3. Find the "setup.exe" and double click. It will take you through the process of installing the software. You can accept or change any of the
options. It will create an folder and icons for you.
