Sunday School and Adult Bible Study

Each Sunday morning at 10:15 am (September through May) people ages 3 through adult gather to study God's word. Children from preschool to 6th grade learn Bible stories through reading, crafts and music; 7th and 8th graders prepare for their confirmation. High school, college and adult classes include in-depth Bible study, Christian living and topics of current interest. Each year the children and young adults present a Christmas program. Contact Joyce Watson at 233-3946 for further information.

Confirmation Class

7th and 8th graders meet each Sunday morning during the Sunday School hour for training in the teachings of the Lutheran Church. In addition, there are activities and retreats each year with the Pastor to illustrate and elaborate on these teachings. After a two year period of instruction, these young people affirm their Baptism in the Rite of Confirmation and become full, participating (voting) members of the congregation. Contact the Pastor for further information.

Crossways! Bible Study

Crossways! meets every Monday morning from 10:00 a.m. to noon from September to May.  This adult study provides an overview of the Bible in two years.  Materials cost $50.  For more information contact Pastor Steve Loy by e-mail or telephone.

Vacation Bible School

Each summer, children grades K through 6 meet for a week of Christian instruction and activities. Usually this takes place during one week, Monday through Friday, for three hours each day.
