Blues Band
Spencer Gandy is a blues lead guitarist and his experience and
knowledge of the blues becomes more evident with each song he
plays. He is also a vocal performer.
Pete Davie, also know as DJ Pete, is talented on several musical
instruments, such as lead guitar, keyboards and bass. During
Miners Day Pete will be playing drums but you never know what
instrument he will pick up and start playing.
Dave Robbins is a wonderful bass player, experience in blues and
rock. His musical versatility is not limited to the bass and is
quite an addition to the band. He also plays with limited
orchestras in California.
Rue Coleman, a young and very talented blue guitarist and singer, along
with Spencer Gandy, give the Mid Town Blues Band that extra touch.
Mark Remington will be performing country songs giving the band a
variety that rarely can be heard on one stage.
The Mid Town Blues Band continues to perform every Wednesday night at
the Cree Meadows Country club as they have for the past six
months. They also perform on weekends at various functions.
You might remember, Mark and the Mid Town Bues Band performed at
the final two day ski party at Ski Apache this early spring to the
delight of all snowboarders and skiiers.
