Box 6201 Las Cruces, NM 88006-6201 THE "UVC" IS AN ORGANIZATION FORMED WITH THE FOLLOWING PURPOSE: The purpose of this Council shall be when called upon, to represent the combined voice of the veteran's organizations represented on the Council in the common interest and safeguarding veterans' benefits in the State of New Mexico and our Nation. And to promote Americanism for the common good of our Community, State and Nation.
