Company:

Pueblo Appraisals Inc. was formed in October 1993 for the purpose of providing residential Real Estate appraisals in Grant County, New Mexico, based in the Silver City area.  Joyce Narvaez is President and chief appraiser of the company. She holds Residential Real Estate appraiser license number 02076-L.  Joyce has been practicing in Grant County, New Mexico since June of 2000 and has lived in the Silver City area since 1994.  Joyce brings a strong customer service ethic with her experience in restaurant management (15 years).  Joyce has completed the necessary training and education to obtain New Mexico State licensing as real estate appraiser and is known to provide complete, impartial, diligent services.

Pueblo Appraisals utilizes the latest appraisal technology available.  Appraisal reports can be delivered electronically via the Internet, delivered by Fed Ex, or hand delivered within the local area.  Reports are complete, accurate, and include floor plans, photos, site diagrams, and FEMA flood maps.  As an affiliate of the Silver City/Grant County Board of Realtors, Pueblo Appraisals has access to all local MLS sales and listings.
