note: "Millie's Rainbow" created on my mothers 91st. Birthday as a dedication to Global Unity and World Peace. A three gun fireboat with a capacity of 10,000 gallons per minute was provided by the Baltimore Fire Deapartment. It represented a return to Baltimore where I created my first rainbow in 1978.
