A Proposal

Utilizing both U.S. and Mexican Fire Equipment I propose to create a rainbow between the U.S. and Mexican Border as a symbol of the bond between the two nations. Initially, I looked at an El Paso site using water from the Rio Grande. I met with so much resistance from city officials and arts organizations that I have abandend this location.

I am considering Brownsville Texas as an alternative site for the project.
