AMOCO Oil Latin America: Multinational Competitive Marketing Intelligence and Economic Research of PEMEX-México Downstream Retailing .
Performed a confidential comprehensive Economic Research and Competitive Marketing Intelligence Study of all PEMEX franchised Gasoline Service Stations operating in 34 selected market cities in México. Scope of he project included location, ownership, marketing strategies, sales region, and economic impact of actual monthly and annual sales of three types of gasoline products. A Multi-media educational program was designed for AMOCO Oil Latin America executives to disseminate the economic research data.

PEMEX - México. Conducted Economic Research of the oil monopoly's Retail Marketing and Distribution System to include corporate policies relating to allocation of franchises; economic feasibility studies for regional and national distribution network; location of oil pipelines, storage terminals, pricing and distribution policies, and corporate management structure.
México Transportation Network Research. Developed economic research design and conducted comprehensive economic study of the private and public commercial transportation network in México. The research included mapping of the national highway and public roads network; cataloguing of public transportation system to include city and interstate mass transit bus systems, commercial interstate trucking system, and classification of major metropolis city cab vehicular stock and private use automobiles. The study also included data base generation on México's vehicular manufacturing capacity to meet the demands from internal consumption and the export market.
International Joint Venture Start Ups. Economic Feasibility Studies and Turn-Key start up of a $25 Million/Year U.S. Based food franchise chain; a $30 Million/Year Industrial, Commercial and Residential Brick manufacturing Plant; and a $12 Million/Year Contract Manufacturing shelter assembly plant among others.
