U.S. Agency for International Development/Banking Association C.A./Louisiana State University: Banking Seminars and Curriculum Development for Latin American Bankers.
Developed and delivered educational programs for the Latin American Bankers Executive Internship Educational Program which consisted of curriculum and courses prepared in the Spanish Language for Latin American Bankers from México, Guatemala, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Honduras, Costa Rica, Panamá, Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador and Perú. My involvement in the educational program for this diverse population lasted for five consecutive years in which said programs of instruction were delivered in Tegucigalpa, Honduras during the summer months. Prepared the courses of instruction in Bank Marketing, Computerized Banking Management, Financial Information Systems, Capital Markets and Organizational Development Courses. Four hundred banking executives to include Chief Executive Officers, Bank Presidents, Bank Auditors and Comptrollers participated in the yearly in-country internship program. The educational program was sponsored by the Banking Association of Honduras, C.A., Louisiana State University, and the United States Agency for International Development.
